AppDirect is looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Agent for a permanent position. What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Under the supervision of the controller, the individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and/or internet
  • Conduct customer follow-ups
  • Provide administrative information to assist clients' understanding
  • Advise our clients on our various products (no solicitation)
  • Keep various information up to date in our system

What we’re looking for

  • Bilingualism in spoken and written communication is essential, as well as proficiency in the Office 365 suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
