Office Management & Administration Associate – Part-time

As an Office Management & Administration Associate (50% part-time), you will be a key part of the Nasdaq Iceland office operations. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization and handle a broad range of administrative, office management, sustainability, and workplace-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Assisting with planning and execution of internal and external events
• Maintaining a well-organized office space
• Receiving and registering invoices for accounts payable processing
• Assisting with sustainability initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in office management, administration, or a similar support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle recurring tasks as well as ad-hoc operational needs
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Icelandic and English

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, and basic administrative systems
• Interest in sustainability, environmental reporting, or workplace wellbeing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational areas

This position will be located onsite in the office 5 days a week, with some flexibility. This role is part time (50%) and specific working hours can be discussed.
