About the role
Office Management & Administration Associate – Part-time
As an Office Management & Administration Associate (50% part-time), you will be a key part of the Nasdaq Iceland office operations. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization and handle a broad range of administrative, office management, sustainability, and workplace-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Assisting with planning and execution of internal and external events
- Maintaining a well-organized office space
- Receiving and registering invoices for accounts payable processing
- Assisting with sustainability initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in office management, administration, or a similar support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle recurring tasks as well as ad-hoc operational needs
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Icelandic and English
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, and basic administrative systems
- Interest in sustainability, environmental reporting, or workplace wellbeing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational areas
This position will be located onsite in the office 5 days a week, with some flexibility. This role is part time (50%) and specific working hours can be discussed.
