Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Product Developers, providing technical direction, coaching, and career development.
Drive the technical vision and execution for Prism and AI-enabled platform initiatives.

Required Skills

12+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of people management experience leading software development teams.
Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Working knowledge of Python.
Experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern application architectures.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or intelligent automation.
Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, etc.) into enterprise applications.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering productivity practices.
