About the role
Due to the significant expansion in the market, CWS Workwear Slovakia is looking for an exceptional sales representative who enjoys closing deals, and perhaps, just you.
Job description:
• Finding new customers in the field of workwear rental and laundry services.
• Actively searching for and contacting new customers.
• Independent preparation, scheduling and execution of meetings with customers.
• Preparation of solution proposals for potential customers.
• Making offers, presenting proposals to customers.
• Responsibility for the preparation and completion of contractual documentation.
• Monitoring the market, monitoring the competition and identifying customer needs.
• Work in a CRM system - Sales Force.
• Communication between departments.
Requirements:
• Category B driver's license.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in sales.
• Reliability and responsibility.
• Ability to establish and build long-term relationships.
• Openness to new things and situations, enthusiasm, dedication.
• Assertive, communicative, good listener, especially active listening.
• Ability to comprehend, understand CWS products and services, and customer needs.
• Ambition, healthy self-confidence and authenticity.
• Passion for customer focused sales - need to succeed.
• A positive way of thinking.
• Knowledge of the English language.
