Buscamos practicantes con alto interés en la mejora de procesos y optimización operativa, que deseen desarrollar experiencia práctica en entornos industriales reales.

Requisitos Indispensables

Estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Procesos, Ingeniería en Manufactura o carrera afín.
Disponibilidad para cumplir con horario de prácticas.

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos

Dominio de MS Office (Excel intermedio–avanzado, PowerPoint).
Ingeniería de Métodos.
Toma de tiempos y balanceo de líneas.
Diseño y análisis de Layouts
Piezas a escala y diagramación
Trabajo estandarizado (Standard Work).
Simulación de procesos

Actividades Principales

Apoyo en proyectos de Mejora Continua y Lanzamiento de Nuevos Procesos
Análisis de procesos productivos y administrativos.
Elaboración de estudios de tiempos y movimientos.
Desarrollo y actualización de layouts de áreas productivas.
Documentación de trabajo estandarizado.
Generación de gráficos, reportes y simulaciones para análisis de procesos.

Competencias y Habilidades

Capacidad para trabajar con datos y gráficos.

Herramientas Deseables

AutoCAD o similar (no indispensable).
Conocimiento básico en Lean Manufacturing.
Manejo de Excel con tablas dinámicas y gráficos.
