Key Responsibilities:
• Functions as a subject matter expert in electrical documentation interpretation; supports design clarification, issue resolution, and training.
• Ensures end to end BOM and revision control compliance; supports audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establishes and improves kitting processes to support operational efficiency and audit compliance.
• Provides technical leadership on complex panel assemblies and supports engineering and quality reviews.
• Establishes workmanship best practices, verifies compliance, and trains personnel.
• Resolves complex routing challenges and defines routing standards to ensure reliability and serviceability.
• Leads complex termination activities and supports skill development and corrective action.
• Oversees torque processes, resolves nonconformances, and supports internal and external audits.
• Defines wire management standards and ensures consistent application across builds.
• Performs advanced soldering and verifies workmanship compliance; supports training.
• Conducts advanced diagnostics, evaluates test results, and ensures test process effectiveness.
• Leads complex functional testing and failure analysis in accordance with quality procedures.
• Leads nonconformance investigations and supports corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensures data integrity and supports performance monitoring and audit requirements.
• Serves as ESD subject matter expert and supports compliance audits.
• Leads 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and supports hazard identification and mitigation.
• Ensures test equipment compliance and audit readiness.
• Defines packaging standards and resolves damage or transport issues.
• Ensures document compliance and supports training and audits.
• Actively supports cross training to increase operational flexibility.
• Actively contributes to continuous improvement and error proofing initiatives.
• Performs complex live electrical work and ensures compliance with safety and risk controls.
• Serves as a qualified trainer or mentor.
• Communicates clearly across functions to support quality and delivery.
• Coordinates small work assignments.
• Supports process improvement and compliance activities.
• Demonstrates awareness of business and quality performance indicators.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- OSHA 10-Hour Electrical Safety Certification
- NFPA 70E Certification - Electrical Safety Standards
- Associates in Electrical Technology or equivalent electrical certifications
Compensation Information:
$28.50 - $30.00/hr depending on experience
