Cardiology Administrative Coordinator - WCMC Cardiac Catheterization Services - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description:

The Cardiology Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for performing clerical, scheduling, and administrative functions that support the daily operations of the cardiology departments. This individual will collaborate with clinical staff to provide efficient, accurate, and courteous service for JMH patients.

Education:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred required:  

• Associate degree or higher preferred

Experience:

•  Previous scheduling, registration, medical office, or healthcare experience required

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software preferred

Additional Experience:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Certifications/Licensures:

• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Required

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Work Shift:

08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$31.28 - $42.23
