In qualità di Field Technician, sarai il punto di contatto diretto con il cliente: interverrai sul campo per installare le apparecchiature, risolvere problematiche tecniche e garantire un utilizzo ottimale dei sistemi.

Le tue responsabilità

Installare e mettere in funzione le apparecchiature Antech presso i clienti
Eseguire attività di manutenzione, riparazione e test (on-site e in officina)
Diagnosticare guasti e problemi tecnici, proponendo soluzioni efficaci
Pianificare e gestire le visite sul campo in collaborazione con i team interni
Redigere report di intervento accurati e puntuali tramite CRM e strumenti aziendali
Formare e supportare i clienti sull’utilizzo e la manutenzione delle apparecchiature
Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali, degli standard di qualità e delle norme di sicurezza
Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni professionali con i clienti
Collaborare con i team tecnici, commerciali e logistici
Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi e dei sistemi tecnici sul campo

Il tuo profilo

Diploma tecnico (informatica, elettrotecnica, automazione o equivalente)
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo tecnico o tecnico-commerciale
Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte (circa 70%)
Autonomia nella diagnosi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici
Spiccate capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente
Buone doti organizzative, affidabilità e precisione
La conoscenza della lingua inglese rappresenta un plus, ma non è obbligatoria
