About the role

An ID Office Support Assistant provides technical and administrative support for the department’s technology operations. This position is ideal for students who enjoy problem-solving, assisting others with technical issues, and working with data.

  • Provide first-level support to staff and students (in-person, over the phone, or via email.)
  • Assist with data entry, data validation, and reporting tasks.
  • Document and track technical issues.
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation.
  • Support project work with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

 

Position will start as soon as possible.

Undergrad student wage position for up to 40 hours a week during the summer.

 

Flexible scheduling between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

 

Pay rate: $15.00/hr.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
