About the role

An ID Office Support Assistant provides technical and administrative support for the department’s technology operations. This position is ideal for students who enjoy problem-solving, assisting others with technical issues, and working with data.

Provide first-level support to staff and students (in-person, over the phone, or via email.)
Assist with data entry, data validation, and reporting tasks.
Document and track technical issues.
Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation.
Support project work with attention to detail and follow-through.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Position will start as soon as possible.

Undergrad student wage position for up to 40 hours a week during the summer.

Flexible scheduling between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Pay rate: $15.00/hr.
