Job Description

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon's Selling Partners? The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) program in Life & Leisure seeks to improve the Customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business.

We are looking for a Leader for the team that manages Strategic Accounts (SA) within the AMPS program in the Life & Leisure category. The candidate is responsible for managing Strategic Account Managers who drive strategic recommendations and advice for Selling Partners, and scale our service by building mechanisms with a strong data-driven analytical view. The candidate will be expected to be a key part of developing our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in the US, EU, and China.

Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
-Drive the growth for our Selling Partners in Life & Leisure through strategic planning and execution with excellence
-Set and review individual goals for Strategic Account Managers, and hold team accountable for performance
-Create mechanisms to track progress and report on the state of the business weekly, monthly, and quarterly
-Attract top talent, develop a high performing team, and establish team culture embracing Amazon Leadership Principles
-Drive the business review on weekly, monthly and quarterly to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

- · 10+ years in a Sales, Account Management role, 3+ years in a management position.
- · Strong Japanese/English communications capability with strong verbal negotiation skills, and the capability to write compelling business documents and to verbally communicate with senior executives.
- · Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally.
- · Proven track record of managing large accounts and developing a team.
- · Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders globally.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA Preferred.
- Preferred background of e-Commerce, B2C online business and/or retail business.
- Have globally working experience
- Financial knowledge of understanding business from P/L, B/S point of view.
