Overview

Our Transport Advisory and Planning team is seeking a Graduate Transport Planning Consultant to join our growing team in the Middle East, based in Dubai or Riyadh. This opportunity is open exclusively to Emirati candidates. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about transport planning and eager to build expertise across large-scale and high-profile projects in the UAE, KSA, and wider region. You will be part of a diverse, international team of transport specialists, gaining exposure to global best practices while supporting key clients on innovative and complex developments.

Your role

  • Support transport analysis, benchmarking studies, and gap assessments.
  • Assist in the identification and development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to contribute to clear and well-structured technical reports.
  • Contribute to the development of transport plans, policies, standards, and guidelines at city and regional levels.
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members while gradually taking ownership of tasks and deliverables.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or graduate experience in transport planning or consulting is advantageous).
  • Basic understanding of transport planning principles, including exposure to areas such as public transport, mobility strategies, or transport policies.
  • Interest in sustainable and future mobility solutions (e.g., active mobility, EVs, smart mobility concepts).
  • Familiarity with the Middle East region (UAE/KSA) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eagerness to develop report writing and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for career growth.
