Job Description
About us
Thesis is building the AI-powered care team platform for infinitely scalable clinical capacity. We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations.
We’re based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by $60 million in funding from Oak HC/FT, CRV, Black Opal Ventures, and experienced C-level healthtech angel investors.
About the role
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Deployment Strategist / Sr. Deployment Strategist to own the deployment of Thesis’s AI Coordinator across our customer base. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client executive leadership — identifying pain points, advising on solution strategy, and leading end-to-end implementation from contract signature through go-live and adoption.
This role is designed for a high-agency operator who thrives at the intersection of client leadership, technical delivery, and operational problem-solving. You will help define and evolve Thesis’s deployment methodology, lead complex enterprise implementations, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable customer value quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Own executive relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, uncovering root needs and shaping implementation strategy to maximize value.
- Lead end-to-end deployments: Manage implementation from kickoff through go-live, ensuring rapid time-to-value and strong adoption.
- Drive workflow and product outcomes: Translate real-world clinical and operational workflows into clear requirements, pressure-test use cases, and partner with Product to close the loop from client feedback to roadmap decisions.
- Manage complex delivery: Run multiple concurrent implementation projects, solve ambiguous problems, and maintain a high bar for quality and customer experience.
- Oversee technical integrations: Partner with client technical teams and Engineering to support EHR connectivity, system integrations, and workflow enablement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and launch repeatable workflows across customer environments.
- Track performance and value: Define and monitor deployment KPIs such as time to go-live, adoption rates, and customer outcomes.
We expect you to have:
- Deployment leadership experience: 4+ years in management consulting, client-facing implementation, or project management leadership, including experience in healthcare.
- Enterprise implementation ownership: Proven success leading complex deployments from kickoff through adoption, delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Executive communication: Strong presence and clarity in high-stakes stakeholder environments, with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
- Strong program management: Comfort juggling multiple workstreams while maintaining momentum, structure, and quality.
- Technical fluency: Experience supporting integrations with EHR systems and/or healthcare IT platforms, working closely with technical and clinical teams.
