What We’re Looking For:
A highly skilled Engineering Specialist – Painter to perform painting, finishing, and surface treatment throughout our property. This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of painting techniques, surface preparation, and materials to maintain a high standard of appearance across all hotel areas. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, responsive to maintenance and guest needs, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities—from precision touch-ups to full-scale refinishing projects—while ensuring a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

What You Will Do:
• Perform skilled painting tasks including preparation, mixing, color matching, priming, sealing, sanding, and finishing of walls, furniture, doors, fixtures, and surfaces using various finishes like lacquer, enamel, epoxy, and heat-resistant coatings.
• Apply drywall texture, acoustic finishes, wallpaper, and touch-up paint to maintain consistent aesthetics throughout the hotel.
• Patch, tape, and repair drywall and other surfaces to ensure all work areas meet visual and safety standards.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain a range of painting tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and pumps.
• Accurately label, store, and manage paint and supply inventory in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service calls, guest requests, and urgent painting needs across hotel facilities.
Your Experience Includes:
• Proven experience as a commercial or residential painter, preferably in a hotel or facilities setting.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in handling specialized surfaces or finishes.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting safety rules, maintenance manuals, and equipment instructions.
• Comfort working with computers and Windows-based software systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and remain outdoors for extended periods as needed.
