EDUCATION:
Other: Graduate of an accredited school of occupational/physical/speech therapy
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
PT-Physical Therapist
OR OT-Occupational Therapist
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Expertise in the field of physical rehabilitation.
Knowledge of outpatient clinical operations such as, but not limited to clinical scheduling, clinical interventions, documentation, billing, customer service in a highly efficient setting while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.
Advanced knowledge of evidence-based outpatient clinical interventions and practice.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service/achieving business results.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues problems as guided by policies, and procedures, or guidance from leadership.

Pay Range is $145,204.80 to $217,796.80 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
