What You'll Be Doing
- Champion product excellence through routine inspections of raw materials and finished products.
- Decode quality data to identify trends and pinpoint non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver precise quality reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects.

- Analytical thinker who interprets complex data to drive effective quality solutions.
- Clear communicator adept at influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Proficient in quality control methodologies (Indiana CAP) and safety regulations.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- Driving between sites in Logansport and Peru.
