Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing various tasks associated with afternoon operations. This position supports multiple in-building functions, including Dispatch, Delivery Change Request, COD, and internal delivery (same building).
Key Responsibilities:
Afternoon cycle Sort and Load: Coordinate and manage the sorting and loading processes.
Damage Inspection: Inspect, repack, and follow up on in-building damages. At times, onsite inspections might be required.
Inbuilding Pickups and Deliveries: Handle internal customers pickups and deliveries (same building)
Night Dispatch: Manage night dispatch, Delivery Change Request, self-lodge, and sorting the undeliverable packages.
Shuttle Support: Ensure the afternoon and evening export shuttles are timely, and no volume is left behind.
Undelivered Packages Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to try to get these out for delivery again.
Warehouse Scanning: Perform warehouse scanning as needed.
Supervisory Backup: Serve as a backup for the PM Assistance Supervisor during absences.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Share self-lodge and self-collect tasks, cover for onsite when necessary.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Dispatch: General Singapore dispatch knowledge.
Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to carry up to 20kg, although this is not required frequently (50% deskbound).
Work Attitude: Diligent with a strong work ethic.
Customer Service: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, demonstrating a customer-oriented attitude. Good email and phone etiquette
This is a fully on-site role. The candidate will be required to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday). The working hours are 11.30am to 10pm (Mon-Fri), 1pm - 5pm (Sat).
