Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing compliance through Right to Work all new hires and existing associates on temporary permissions across Europe, providing support via phone, email, live chat, or face-to-face interactions.
You will learn how we work with our third-party vendor; Go Verify who completes our Right to Work checks on our behalf and how we record this in Workday to assist our processes effectively.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, compliance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.
As the first point of contact in HR for these processes, you will handle a high volume of queries and ensure we are delivering compliance.
Key Responsibilities
System & Service Support
- Manage phone lines (9am–5pm) and act as first point of contact for Go Verify and any Right to Work queries.
- Provide guidance to managers and candidates/associates via phone, live chat, and email, promoting self-sufficiency.
- Apply problem-solving and analysing skills to troubleshoot Go Verify and system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades, new releases, and integrations.
Reporting
- Run daily/weekly reports to ensure compliance and chase outstanding tasks.
Other
- Maintain strong knowledge of Workday and Go Verify processes.
- Support other HRSC areas during peak periods.
- Attend team huddles, training and upskilling sessions.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Confident and credible as the face of HR to the business.
- Experience managing high volumes of cases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to raise and track system tickets for defects/enhancements.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis (Excel or similar tools).
- Positive and proactive approach with attention to detail.
- HR professional education or qualification is ideal.
- Previous Right to Work experience is preferable.
- Experience in a HR Service Centre environment is an advantage.
