Location: Schaftenau, Austria #onsiteRole Purpose:
As an Expert Human Factors Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of drug–device combination products—including autoinjectors, prefilled syringes, and other delivery systems. You will ensure our solutions are safe, effective, and user-centered by bringing the voice, needs, limitations, and real-world use of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals into every stage of development.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Practices efficient time management, focuses on deliverables, and is able to effectively prioritize when undertaking assigned projects
Responsible for planning, monitoring, documenting of projects and analysis of information
Contributes to some cost center goals and objectives
Broadens technical knowledge via departmental activities, literature reading and experiential learning.
May train junior new team members
Skilled in collaboration across project team(s)
Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
Customer / partner/ project feedback and satisfaction -Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €59,781.96/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
