Lexus of Vancouver is currently looking for a Sales & Finance Assistant to join their team!

What will you do?

The Sales & Finance Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sales and Finance functions within the dealership. The role is responsible for inventory coordination, documentation accuracy, preparation and maintenance of sales and finance paperwork, and funding contracts. This position requires comfort in fast paced environment, strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to support compliance and audit-ready documentation, without engaging in direct customer finance activities.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, print, upload, and distribute documents requiring customer signature, including electronic signature packages.

  • Review finance-related documents for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures.

  • Scan, index, and file sales and finance documents per record-retention requirements.

  • Submit completed deals to lenders in a timely manner to support prompt funding.

  • Monitor funding status and partner with sales and the business office to proactively address lender stipulations, documentation discrepancies, or funding delays.

  • Communicate directly with lender partners to resolve conditions, questions, or re-contracting requirements.

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready deal files.

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and teams.

Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in a dealership or retail environment preferred

  • Experience with CDK not required but preferred

  • Proficient in desktop tools including MS Office programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint)

  • Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, sales processes, vehicle inventory systems, and related workflow tools

  • Experience reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required

Compensation: $23-$28.50/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Must have the ability to work flexible/retail hours

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21.57 - $28.58 USD per hour.
