Job Description

Amazon is seeking an analytical and action-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to drive supply chain execution supporting Amazon's growth in Brazil. This role requires deep analytical skills, curiosity to understand complex systems, and bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will lead daily/weekly execution process for our fulfillment centers, leveraging advanced analytics to monitor planning accuracy, implement actions to re-balance plans and provide inputs to improve mid-long term planning processes.

This position requires technical expertise in planning processes (manufacturing/ecommerce), strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing complex stakeholder relationships.


Key job responsibilities
-Own day-to-day operations execution and implement quick actions to keep adhering to the plan.
-Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation;
-Set up processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain)
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in Supply Chain, working with operational/tactical planning at weekly and daily levels (inbound/outbound)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with statistical methods (e.g., A/B Testing, Regression) or Machine Learning models applied at Supply Chain
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
