Job Summary

Supervise, plan, organize, and control material handling activities, including material handling and mobile equipment operation and maintenance activities. Ensure all work is performed in a safe, efficient and economical manner, including compliance with all environmental and safety regulations and/or company policies. Develop and maintain two way communications between employees and management. Provide leadership and manage change by development of a culture that promotes/supports team work.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

Supervise material handling and coal yard activities in compliance with company policies, practices and procedures and applicable state and national codes.

Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations.

Assist in long & short range planning for maintenance, capital improvements.

Provide support to the other plant departments as needed including outages, emergency situations, etc.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's + 4 yrs power plant experience; or Associate's + 6 yrs power plant experience; or high school diploma/GED + 8 yrs power plant experience.

Other Requirements:

Perform work in accordance with the Corporate Code of Ethics.

Salary Range: $98,993- $118,789 annually

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: M – Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.   Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
