Voor onze productie site in Tiilburg zoeken wij een
HR Operations / Site Support Specialist

Waar maak jij het verschil?
Zorgen voor correcte exports van tijdregistratiegegevens naar de uitzendorganisatie.
Beantwoorden van vragen over tijd & attendance en corrigeren van registraties.
Beheer van Pro-Time: hiërarchie, ploegendiensten, feestdagen, systeemoptimalisatie.
Opmaak en verspreiding van maandelijkse nieuwsbrief.
Organisatie van personeelsfeest, welkomdagen en jubilea.
Ondersteuning van trainingscoördinator en management /-assistant.
Beheer van BHV-overzicht en calamiteitenlijst.
Ondersteuning bij verzuimadministratie en speciale verlofaanvragen.
Wat maakt jou de juiste kandidaat?
Ervaring of affiniteit met tijdregistratiesystemen (bij voorkeur Pro-Time) en HR-systemen (zoals Workday).
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Nauwkeurigheid en analytisch vermogen.
Proactieve houding en oplossingsgericht denken.
Vermogen om systemen en processen te doorgronden en verbeteren.
Je bent beschikbaar op Maandag en Dinsdag de hele dag en woensdag 4 uur.
