Job Description:

The Brand Marketing Intern will support a key strategic initiative, ACUVUE TikTok Official Shop Acceleration. The role focuses on managing agency execution, ensuring maximum, timely, and structured deliverables from online enablers and agencies, while supporting performance analysis, reporting, and insight generation to drive consumer offtake and GMV growth.

The intern will also act as a connector across agencies (online enabler, media agency, creative agency, and other partner agencies) to ensure strong alignment between brand campaigns, marketing objective, and business objectives.

 

Key Priorities & Responsibilities

  • Support in driving e-commerce - TikTok acceleration project by managing day‑to‑day planning and tracking of execution through coordination with online enabler, including Content calendar, affiliate programs, GWP mechanics, live streaming, double‑date / payday campaigns to ensure clear scope and deliverables, timely execution, structured reporting, and continuous optimization

  • Execution is performed by agencies; the intern will mostly supports planning, monitor execution, tracking, coordination, and follow‑up.

  • Data analysis & consumer insight support of consumer and e-commerce performance data in identifying growth opportunities for TikTok, potential new wearer acquisition opportunities, learnings applicable to other accounts or channels through weekly and monthly performance summaries

  • Creative & Marketing support in handling creative requests from internal and external teams, including account requests, E‑commerce assets, visibility materials, POSM, promotions, and other requests through coordination with creative agencies on timelines and deliverables

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Final Year student in the last semester or recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience

  • Preferred Background in marketing, business, communications, management, or related fields

  • Interest in working in Healthcare, Optical Industries

  • Strong interest in marketing, e commerce, and digital platforms

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking

  • Familiar with basic data analysis tools like Excel, Power Point, Tableau, or data visualization tools

  • experienced in leading and coordinating teams

  • Good communication skills in English is a plus

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with good administrative and organizational skills

  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
