Onsite – Baguio City, PHUnder the direction of the Cell Leader, this position is responsible in the quality of products by performing manual deburring processes using deburring hand tools and machines to clean, polish, break edges, form radii, blend defects, and remove contamination, excess material, flash and nodules per workmanship standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpretation of blueprint and sketch sheets, visual and dimensional inspection
- Participate in root cause analysis
- Provide corrective actions in non-conforming parts to support the cluster objectives and metrics.
Education and Experience:
- Completed 3rd year engineering + 6 months deburr or manufacturing experience; or
- Technology graduate major in machine shop (3 yrs.) + 6 months deburr or manufacturing experience; or
- Engineering graduate
Skills and Knowledge:
- Good eye and hand coordination in performing deburr finishing work
- Usage of simple deburr equipment i.e., ECD, Sandblast, Buffing, and simple measuring devices.
This position requires access to Philippines export-controlled information.
