Guild is hiring an FP&A Intern. In this role, you will support forecasting and planning, financial reporting, and strategic finance analyses, all while helping Guild achieve its mission. You’ll form positive relationships across the organization, working with various internal stakeholders.

As an FP&A Intern, you will:

  • Support in preparing presentations and the development of monthly close packages for our Board of Directors, investors, and senior management to ensure folks are knowledgeable and equipped to contribute to Guild’s growth
  • Assist with ad hoc projects to support key business decisions
  • Help the FP&A team optimize their processes and reporting, leveraging technology and/or AI to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the team.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience working with a cloud-based EPM like Adaptive Insights a plus, Looker and SQL also a plus
  • A roll-up-the-sleeves results oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal communication
  • Desire to learn about how FP&A operates, and drive an impact on how the team scales in the future

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
