Join our creative team as a Semi-Senior Designer. We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who brings design excellence to every project.
This role will be largely focused on the design and production of digital visual assets across a wide range of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising. You’ll join a dedicated team responsible for producing high-quality digital ads and brand-aligned assets that support multiple initiatives and platforms.
You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Design Execution
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and fellow designers to develop polished visual assets—branding, digital campaigns, social posts, presentations—ensuring harmony with overall creative vision - Graphic Design Excellence
Own graphic design tasks end-to-end: layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy across print and digital formats—ensuring each asset is visually refined and on-brand . - Team Coordination & Feedback
Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions. Give and receive design and motion feedback to improve output quality together - Asset Management & Prep
Support maintenance of design systems—styleframes, source assets—and prep deliverables for handoff or publication. - Trend Awareness
Stay current with visual design and motion graphics trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve team output.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design or related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
- Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of Figma is required, with experience in creating, using, and managing components within collaborative design workflows.
- Strong typographic sense, composition skills, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management.A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for process improvement. Your files should be meticulously organized and pixel-perfect.
- Experience and curiosity for AI both for static, animated work and the incorporation of tools for optimizing day to day processes. You should be excited about the future of AI in design, not intimidated by it.
