- Develop, implement and monitor safety and compliance programs
- Conduct risk assessments and put in mitigation measures
- Lead root cause analysis and ensure quality corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure all staff maintain valid certifications and meet mandatory training requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in airline safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
- Deep knowledge IATA manuals, aviation safety frameworks
- Familiarity with safety reporting and compliance monitoring
- Strong analytical and incident investigation abilities
- Understanding of root-cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies
