Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processing for Latin America.
- Proficiency in SAP or manual payment platforms.
- Experience processing vendor invoices and manually submitting payments.
- Experience with bank reconciliations.
- Update weekly reports and follow up with clients.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, finance or related.
Work experience:
- 3 or more years in similar role.
- Experience working in a logistics company is desired.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Ability to view different topics with an open mind and provide constructive suggestions.
Advance computer skills (i.e. Microsoft office suite).
High attention to detail
Able to priorities workload, which may change throughout the day
Self-motivated and uses own initiative
Excellent technical, organizational, planning and team working skills.
