Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What you’ll do
⦿ Quality Control & Inspection: Oversee inspection of incoming and in-house manufactured parts using precision measurement tools. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) including investigation, corrective actions, and rework to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
⦿ Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate SAP data including parts, BOMs, and routings. Ensure documentation accuracy and review quality records such as ITPs and conformance documents.
⦿ Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly production meetings to support production readiness. Work closely with Engineering, Production, and administrative teams to provide quality and technical input.
⦿ Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to customer sites to support quality assurance and planning activities.
⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:
⦿ Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC within an industrial environment.
⦿ Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office with strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
⦿ Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
⦿ Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain MSHA certification.

Nice-to-haves:
⦿ ISO 9001 certification and knowledge of quality systems such as Six Sigma and Lean.
⦿ Experience in the steel fabrication industry and familiarity with ANSI flange specifications.
⦿ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
