What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production
- Partner with plant leadership to execute operational plans and performance goals
- Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability
- Coordinate maintenance, production, and quality activities to meet customer needs
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen operational capability
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership experience in aggregate or mining operations, with the ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and reinforce safe work behaviors in a high risk industrial environment.
- Minimum of one year of mining or quarry experience, including exposure to material extraction, crushing, screening, and overall aggregate production processes.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and equipment performance, including fixed and mobile equipment, material flow, production planning, and maintenance coordination.
- Capability to analyze operational, maintenance, and quality data to identify trends, optimize throughput, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, quality, environmental, and safety personnel.

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. The position requires active presence in the plant, including walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and engaging directly with operations and teams.
