Job Description

At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU!  Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers.  All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!

The Sourcing & Supplier Manager, Accessories plays a critical role in executing supplier strategy and operational programs that support T-Mobile’s Accessories business. This role owns the day-to-day management of supplier agreements, RFP processes, contract execution, and funding compliance for category-level vendors across the Protection or Tech portfolios.

Working closely with Sr. Category Managers, this role ensures suppliers deliver against contractual commitments while helping optimize funding structures, maintain operational discipline, and support successful product launches.
The Supplier Manager serves as the primary operational bridge between Category Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Supplier partners — ensuring supplier programs are executed with transparency, accountability, and measurable business impact.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings strong relationship management skills while driving structured, scalable supplier operations.

Responsibilities:

•    Contract Negotiation & Commercial Agreements
Lead negotiation and execution of supplier agreements including MSAs, Addendums, Product Supplements, and promotional funding agreements. Partner closely with Legal and Finance to ensure contract compliance, favorable commercial terms, and timely execution.

•    RFP Process Ownership
Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process for category-level suppliers, including timeline management, supplier communication, documentation, and evaluation coordination. Partner closely with Sr. Category Managers to ensure RFP outcomes align with product strategy and business needs.
•    MDF & Funding Optimization
Negotiate and Manage Supplier Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and related funding programs. Ensure funding agreements are clearly documented, proof-of-performance requirements are met, and funds are accurately invoiced and collected.
•    Supplier Performance & Business Reviews
Lead supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance reporting, and executive briefings. Provide insights on product performance, promotional effectiveness, and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
•    Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with Category Management, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Commercialization teams to ensure suppliers are aligned with product launches, promotional calendars, and operational requirements.
•    Vendor Onboarding & Operational Support
Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and internal approvals required for new vendors. Ensure suppliers are fully enabled to operate within T-Mobile’s systems, processes, and launch timelines.

•    Program & Process Improvement
Continuously improve supplier management processes by building scalable workflows, templates, and tracking mechanisms that increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability across the supplier ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, product management, procurement, or program management within retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
  • Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts, RFP processes, or vendor operational programs.
  • Familiarity with supplier funding structures such as MDF and proof-of-performance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across legal, finance, product, supply chain and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with Excel, project tracking tools, AI tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain, business, or related field preferred.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strategic mindset and strong commercial instincts.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with both suppliers and internal partners.
  • Confidence in negotiations and the ability to drive win-win outcomes.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges.
  • The discipline to create structure, accountability, and clarity in supplier programs.
  • A passion for delivering results that strengthen T-Mobile’s Accessories business.
  • A disciplined and structured approach to supplier management and operational execution.
  • A customer-first mindset that ensures supplier programs ultimately support the best experience for T-Mobile customers.
