What You'll Be Doing
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure reliable plant operations
Inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues using appropriate tools and techniques
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Collaborate with team members to improve processes, safety practices, and equipment performance
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety and operational procedures
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical systems and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to established procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills and technologies
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment of varying weights
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights
Ability to work in confined spaces and perform repetitive motions
Capability to use hand tools, power tools, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
