Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join our Prague office. In this role, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle administration as well as payroll coordination and related HR processes.

You will become part of an international environment where collaboration, professionalism, and employee experience matter.

What your responsibilities will be:

HR Administration

  • Managing the complete employee lifecycle administration in compliance with the Czech Labor Code

  • Preparing employment contracts and related documentation

  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new employees

  • Managing employee benefits (Edenred cards, meal vouchers, pension contributions, etc.)

  • Attendance tracking, administration, and reporting

  • Reporting to governmental institutions and internal group stakeholders

  • Maintaining and updating employee data in internal HR systems

  • Coordinating insurance administration for expatriates

  • Managing occupational health & safety training and audits (BOZP)

  • Updating and maintaining internal HR policies

Payroll

  • Preparing payroll input data for Prague office employees

  • Cooperating with the EU HR Shared Service Center and external payroll providers

  • Reviewing payroll calculations prepared by external vendors

  • Coordinating payroll payments with the Finance department

  • Preparing payroll and vacation accrual calculations

  • Supporting annual tax settlements for employees

  • Coordinating expat tax returns with external vendors

Skills and Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in HR administration and payroll agenda

  • Good knowledge of Czech Labor Code and HR processes

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach

  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

  • Secondary school or university degree in HR, administration, economics, andragogy, or related field

  • Fluent Czech and communicative English
