About the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation

The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable organization whose mission is to eliminate compulsory unionism abuses through strategic litigation and public information programs.

The position involves drafting briefs and other legal documents, conducting legal research, and otherwise participating in litigation before federal agencies and courts on behalf of workers.
