💼 What You Will Do

1. Drive Growth in Key Strategic Accounts

  • Manage and grow business in designated WuXi Biologics sites.
  • Identify new business opportunities across different functions (PD/MSAT/Procurement/Manufacturing/Engineering).
  • Promote full Cytiva bioprocess solutions: bioreactors, filtration, single‑use, chromatography, filling systems.

2. Execute Sales Strategy & Win Projects

  • Develop and execute quarterly/annual sales plans.
  • Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Achieve defined order, revenue, and market‑share targets.

3. Technical Engagement & Solution Promotion

  • Deliver high‑quality technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Service, Applications, PM, Supply Chain) to support trials, FAT/SAT, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitive offerings.

4. Build Long‑Term Customer Partnerships

  • Maintain strong communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Support standardization, optimization, and long-term collaboration initiatives.

✅ What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years sales experience in bioprocessing equipment, consumables, or related solutions.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel to assigned WuXi Biologics sites.

Preferred

  • Experience in CDMO or strategic account sales.
  • Familiar with SalesForce, QlikSense, or CRM/BI tools.
  • Experience supporting WuXi Biologics or similar customers is a plus.
