Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Design Engineer with deep expertise in chip‑level design to join our growing and collaborative engineering team. This is a hands‑on technical role with real ownership across the full design lifecycle - from early architecture through RTL implementation, verification, and streamout.

You will work closely with a talented group of engineers, contribute technical leadership, and help drive the development of next‑generation Touch Controller Silicon products.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the specification, architecture, and definition of IPs and Touch Controller products

  • Own RTL design and verification for IPs and product‑level features

  • Participate in project planning and coordination, ensuring alignment across design teams

  • Lead and contribute to design reviews, documentation, and quality improvements

  • Support cross‑functional teams with validation, production, customer issues, failure analysis, firmware/system development, and product knowledge

  • Help refine and improve our development methodology, quality flow, and best practices

  • Collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented, cross‑functional environment

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in IC or chip‑level design

  • Strong expertise across the full design flow:

    • Specification & architecture

    • RTL coding

    • Verification

    • Streamout

  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or project coordination

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

  • Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member
