Manager Biotech Production

Regeneron is currently seeking a Manager Biotech Production to join our Global Manufacturing team. In this role you will provide direction and leadership for all manufacturing programs.  Oversees implementation of both clinical and commercial manufacturing production schedules.  This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

 

When & where:

• Location: Saratoga Springs, New York, United States
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

 

Discover your role:

• Manages all aspects of respective areas of operations.
• Implements technology transfer as require
• Drafts and implements long-term planning for the process, staff, and budget
• Performs personnel management functions (i.e. annual employee evaluations, coaching, disciplining, etc.)
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Makes decisions; develops and implements policies
• Ensures that policies and procedures are effectively administered and that they comply with regulatory requirements

 

The environment and physical rhythms of the role:

• Gowning: Full cleanroom attire (Examples may include: including laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes and booties, latex gloves and the use of sanitizing agents during gowning process including IPA)
• Ability to remove jewelry, make-up and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire

 

This role requires:

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
