Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is part of the Finance team within the Finance Service Centre (FSC) and supports the delivery of high-quality accounting and financial services to both internal and external stakeholders. The role is primarily responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable processing, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting in accordance with company policies and controls.

About You:

  • Perform end-to-end accounts receivable processing, including billing, postings, and cash applications
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable reports and aging schedules
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting standards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to support AR-related inquiries

About the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or a finance-related role
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
