Executive Director, Head of Global Payments and Liquidity UK Product Management

About this role:

Wells Fargo's Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) organization is seeking a senior product leader to serve as Head of GPL UK Product Management. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, growth agenda, and modernization roadmap for the London Branch product portfolio, including payments, deposits, liquidity, foreign exchange, and associated client solutions.

As the senior product executive for London Branch, this leader will drive product strategy, regulatory alignment, client experience enhancements, and commercial growth initiatives. The role requires close partnership with Commerial Bank (CB) and the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), Platform, Operations, Technology, Risk, Controls, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and regional leadership teams to ensure the London Branch product portfolio remains competitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving market, regulatory, and client requirements.

This role sits within GPL's International Product Management organization and is accountable for both day-to-day product management and the long-term transformation of the London Branch product offering.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute the strategic vision and multiyear roadmap for the London Branch product portfolio.
• Drive sustainable growth, profitability, client adoption, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, implementation, enhancement, modernization, and retirement.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals, financial targets, and portfolio priorities.
• Lead strategic initiatives, platform migrations, regulatory enhancements, and client-experience improvements.
• Serve as the senior product representative for UK regulatory initiatives, market infrastructure changes, client engagements, and industry forums.
• Ensure effective product governance, risk management, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor product performance, financial outcomes, client needs, market developments, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, investment decisions, resource allocation, and delivery trade-offs.
• Build strong partnerships across business, product, platform, technology, operations, and control organizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Product Management or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

• Experience of leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex payments, deposits, liquidity, foreign exchange, or international banking products.
• Experience leading large-scale product transformations, platform migrations, or modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking, international payments, liquidity management, and deposit products.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Experience managing regulatory, operational, and client-facing product initiatives.
