We are seeking a… Event Producer to lead and coordinate exceptional catering and private event experiences rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable events from planning through execution.
The Event Producer works closely with clients, culinary teams, Food & Beverage operations, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless event coordination and outstanding guest experiences while upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and service philosophy.

Event Producer – Essential Functions
- Coordinate and manage catering events from initial inquiry through event completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), event details, timelines, and communication documents accurately
- Collaborate with culinary, F&B, and hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Conduct site tours and assist clients with menu selections, room setups, and event planning details
- Monitor event operations to ensure quality, service, and presentation standards are met
- Address client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in achieving catering revenue goals and maximizing event opportunities
- Maintain detailed event records, contracts, and correspondence
- Support operational needs during events and serve as a point of contact for clients and team members
- Review client billing once the event has taken place
- Conduct weekly BEO and resume meetings
- Understand monthly quotas
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years of catering, events, or hospitality management experience preferred
- Previous hotel or upscale restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a problem solver
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs
- Knowledge of Delphi Diagrams, Social Tables, Opera, or other event management systems is a plus
Compensation:
$57,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary
