Position Overview
The Technical Adoption group at Autodesk is seeking highly motivated, trusted professionals to help our strategic customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes leveraging Autodesk solutions. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of Autodesk products and platforms.
As the Senior Technical Adoption Specialist (TAS) for Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), you will provide top-level technical expertise to our customers. You will join the Technical Adoption group within Customer Success – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance.
Responsibilities
Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions
Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
Deliver digital content via 1: Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
Develop and update digital content adhering to the corporate design standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to converse fluently in Spanish and English (bi-lingual or native)
Preferred Qualifications
Additional knowledge of Autodesk Desktop tools and/or Autodesk Forma, formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud
Experience delivering technical training to large, demanding customers
Experience identifying and improving AEC workflow challenges through Autodesk Forma
Experience working collaboratively with global teams
Takes ownership and adapts to change
