About the role
· Requires college training equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related, finance, business or health-related field, or equivalent technical training/experience.
· Requires two years of computer-related or technical experience sufficient to gain exposure to user, technical and operational needs for online healthcare computer systems.
· An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be acceptable.

· Function as intermediary between revenue cycle systems, operational stakeholders and IT teams to coordinates application data feeds to and from as needed for utilization in secured environment
· Document and review needs through defining functional requirements and impact of modifications through observation and coordination with subject matter experts
· Participate in testing internally and externally as needed; communicate test outcomes effectively to ensure enterprise and customer success
· Produce, analyze and provide feedback and observations of reporting from assigned revenue cycle system(s) with stakeholders focused on continuous improvement
· Assist in different assigned projects that may range from patient access related, billing, follow-up or managed care contract build in host system as assigned
· Complete required educational requirements as defined by leadership to produce analytical and technical assignments within department
· Contribute to change management strategies focused on effective and efficient utilization of revenue cycle systems for long term success
· Perform periodic review of assigned workflows and corresponding documentation for primary, secondary and tertiary support
· Provide premiere customer service to ensure that customer satisfaction is met to meet the needs of their role
· Promote and adhere to departmental and organizational information security policies, standards, and procedures
· Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
