• Comply with, understand, and implement all steps within IT development to meet governance, legislative, and audit requirements for IT solutions.

• Review proposed solutions and provide quality assurance on IT deliverables.

• Provide expertise and guidance on methods that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Adhere to model-building policies, standards, frameworks, and governance processes.

• Ensure ethical usage of information in line with privacy and sensitivity classifications.

• Implement and adhere to Privacy business requirements, legislation, and policy.

• Report Information Privacy Incidents and escalate appropriately for resolution of audit findings, complaints, investigations, and assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Deliver services that build rewarding relationships, propose innovations, and enable exceptional client service.

• Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate IT solutions are developed.

• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to transfer knowledge and provide input into business requirements.

Solution Architecture & Technical Expertise

• Provide functional expertise to troubleshoot complex problems and present or market new technologies or solutions.

• Establish architectural standards and frameworks, and assess functional and process risks on projects.

• Collaborate with other architects to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

• Identify, justify, and design specific solutions that meet business requirements.

• Guide operations teams and architects on the design, development, and testing of new solutions.

• Support project teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes to existing systems.

Development, Testing & Support

• Implement all escalated technical support requests and ensure effective resolution within Service Level Agreements.

• Create, maintain, and oversee test environments with appropriate data to support end-to-end unit testing.

• Ensure testing yields acceptable performance and does not adversely affect applications.

• Analyse, estimate, and execute approved development and configuration items to deliver optimal technical solutions.

• Determine estimated resources and timelines required to deliver required functionality.

• Perform against predicted results and deliver according to defined processes and procedures.

Data Analysis & Modelling

• Analyse and identify problems or requirements to determine impact, patterns, trends, and best-fit IT solutions.

• Assist in identifying key business questions and selecting appropriate analytics models.

• Source and prepare relevant data for analysis.

• Translate business requirements into tangible models using an understanding of business value.

• Develop and apply analytical algorithms and methods to build, test, and implement robust mathematical models and solutions.

• Build models to analyse processes and recommend optimisation for cost savings, revenue generation, or efficiency improvements.

• Document and audit relevant processes and implement models to meet specific business needs.

• Conduct data manipulation and analysis to proactively meet business needs and ensure high-quality, reliable information.

Leadership & Knowledge Development

• Keep up to date with your area of expertise to maintain a strong professional knowledge base and provide effective support and advice.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a degree computer science, Information Technology, information systems, software engineering

• Strong in Software Development Technologies (e.g., Java, SQL, or other modern technologies).

• Have experience in workflow applications

• Have a TOGAF certification

• 4 to 5 Years of experience in software development life cycle. 

• 2 - 3 years of experience in software architecture will be advantageous

• Have good communication skills.

• Have a strong drive to pay attention to detail.

• Have solution definition and problem-solving skills.

• Have practical experience in project management.

• Have familiarity with computer networks and IT security management.

• Have a good understanding of business processes.

• Have strong organizational skills. Strong understanding of analytical skills and techniques.

• Have good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
