Job Description

Position Summary

This intern position will be responsible for all legal and compliance task including but not limited to contracts, litigation, labor and employment.

(May 2026 - July 2026)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of legal tasks as directed by the General Counsel of SEHA in areas including but not limited to contracts, litigation, labor & employment, construction, real estate, economic development, and compliance
  • Assist the General Counsel with public affairs, government relations, philanthropy, volunteerism, community service and speaking engagements
  • Project management and performance of daily, weekly, and long-term tasks in furtherance of completing various legal & compliance projects
  • Prepare correspondence in connection with a wide variety of legal matters
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Samsung organization on a wide variety of matters including but not limited to legal & compliance, public relations, government relations

Skills and Qualifications
