We are seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Field Service Technician with strong experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting to deliver world-class technical support and service for advanced industrial X-ray systems. You will support our clients in Ohio.

What You’ll Do:

As an NSI Field Service Technician, you will:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial X-ray equipment.

• Diagnose and service electrical and electronic controls, PCs, PLCs, and motion control systems.

• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.

• Ensure equipment performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Represent NSI with professionalism and technical excellence at customer facilities.

• Strong experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting

• Knowledge of PC systems, PLCs, and motion controls

• A proactive, customer-first mindset

• The ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks

Compensation Information:

The pay range for this position is $33 - $40 an hour, depending on education and experience.
