Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI.

  • Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to extract valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign optimization.

  • Strategically assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations to ensure optimal results.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase campaign exposure and reach for new campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across channels.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years within digital performance (search, display and social) responsible for delivering against performance targets.

  • Strong experience and technical understanding of Performance Marketing / e-Commerce.

  • Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
