Your Role & Responsibilities
Shape the future of industrial automation with us – we offer an exciting field combining Cloud, IT and OT in an innovative corporate environment with room for creativity and influence. You will develop scalable, future-proof solutions for our global customers and actively drive digital transformation.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
Further:
End-to-end solution architecture ownership, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across modern hybrid IT/OT landscapes as well as definition and alignment of technical solutions while adhering to corporate standards, security, and compliance requirements
Technology scouting and stakeholder management with global service owners
Conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and leading development and delivery teams, including active involvement in incident and problem management
Advising internal stakeholders and ensuring optimal integration into existing system landscapes and global services

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Completed education or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Management, Project Management, or equivalent
Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in solution architecture or comparable consulting roles – preferably with experience in a corporate environment
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architectures with a focus on hybrid cloud systems and common IT frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, SIAM, etc.) with awareness of information security
Experienced in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, service providers, and stakeholder management
Understanding of software development processes, DevOps principles, and modern architectural approaches
Strong analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working methods
Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage

Austria: The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 60.785,90 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
Bosnia: the minimum compensation salary is not displayed in this job ad, but we are happy to discuss your individual salary package with you in a meeting.
