How You’ll Make History Here…
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, leading end-to-end talent strategies across our corporate level roles. You will partner closely with Hiring Leaders and HR Business Partners to proactively plan, attract, and secure top talent in the market.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, you will leverage market intelligence, workforce insights, and consultative partnership to influence hiring decisions, shape talent strategies, and elevate the quality of hires in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
What You Will Do…
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to develop strategic hiring plans aligned to business priorities
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Guide leaders on selection strategy, interview design, and hiring decisions
- Own the full lifecycle recruitment process while elevating the approach from transactional to strategic
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles
- Ensure all searches are aligned with diversity, quality, and speed objectives
- Engage and nurture passive and active candidates with a strong, consistent employer brand narrative
- Conduct thoughtful, competency-based assessments and present calibrated, high-quality talent recommendations
- Maintain meaningful relationships with talent communities for future hiring needs
- Utilize tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market intelligence platforms to inform strategy
- Use data to optimize sourcing channels, improve conversion rates, and enhance decision-making
- Identify and lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, stakeholder experience, and hiring outcomes
- Contribute to broader TA projects and team capability building
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and consultative guidance
- Ensure alignment across TA, HR, Compensation, and Business Leaders
Who You Will Work With…
- This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Corporate & Commercial Functions
- You will collaborate with Hiring Leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition Team, Compensation Team, People & Culture Operations Team, and Cross-functional Business Stakeholders
What You Bring To The Table… (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to operate as a consultative talent advisor to business leaders
It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice To Have)
- Experience supporting corporate level roles
- Experience in CPG or Food manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong capability in stakeholder management and influencing without authority
- Experience with competency-based interviewing and structured selection processes
- Proficiency with Workday and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Working knowledge of employment regulations and compliance considerations
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate effectively within a matrixed organization
Additional Information
- Ability to travel up to 10% for hiring and networking activities
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$68,600-$94,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
