We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Executive with our awesome team in Perth.
The role:
As a Digital Executive, you will be responsible for the hands‑on execution, optimisation and performance management of digital campaigns within your area of specialism. This may include paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video, or SEO.
You will own campaign performance, proactively optimise against client KPIs and deliver clear, data‑driven reporting and insights, while working closely with the client services team and mentoring a Digital Associate.
Core responsibilities:
Execute and manage digital campaigns end‑to‑end, including setup, trafficking, QA and launch across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360 and The Trade Desk.
Optimise campaigns against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR and viewability, using data‑driven decision making.
Deliver insight‑led reporting that provides actionable performance and optimisation recommendations.
Manage tracking and tagging implementation, troubleshooting discrepancies with platform and analytics teams.
Build and manage audience strategies including first‑party data, lookalikes and remarketing.
Collaborate closely with client services teams to integrate digital activity into broader campaign plans.
Mentor and support the Digital Associate, contributing positively to team culture and capability.
A bit about you:
1–3 years of experience in digital media execution within an agency, publisher or in-house environment.
Strong hands‑on experience in one or more digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or DV360.
Confident optimising campaigns against performance KPIs and translating data into insights.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain digital performance clearly.
Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Keen to develop leadership capability and mentor junior team members.
