Job Description
Join us as a Service Engineer and take the lead in delivering exceptional service for pulp mills across China. Your responsibilities
Assist on-site installation and commissioning of equipment in pulp mills, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities and prepare technical solutions for Mechanical and Chemical pulp projects.
Assist Senior Service Engineer in on-site diagnostics and problem-solving.
Create mechanical drawings as required.
Prepare and present reports on problem resolution.
Coordinate service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance based on Valmet standards.
Document project progress, report findings, and share recommendations to improve service offerings.
Expectations for you
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Equipment & Control Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in mechanical drafting.
Ability to accept frequent business travel.
Proficiency in English (oral and written) for effective communication with global colleagues.
Skilled in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, or Inventor.
